I cut an exploding box on my silhouette SD using cream card.
the shoes again cut on my silhouette using a template,one glued together they
were trimmed with crystal gems for buckles and lacy flowers for the tops of the shoes.
Then the exploding box was lined in the same paper that the shoes were made in.
the inside was decorated with baby toppers and to finish off I made matching gift card and envelope
I had never thought of this before...I will give it a touch Custom gift card someday.
